Our Projects

At Radha Memorial Charitable Trust, our projects are designed to create meaningful and lasting impact across diverse sectors of society. Each initiative is a step toward building a more compassionate, inclusive, and empowered community.

Legal Aid for Medical Negligence

When a patient is harmed by wrong treatment, an ordinary family rarely knows where to start. With proper help, which route to approach, how much it will cost. We stand with such families. We help them collect and read their medical records, understand whether the case has real merit, and take it to the right place, the hospital’s grievance cell, the Medical Council, the Consumer Commission, or the police. Here a family cannot afford a lawyer, we connect them with advocates who will hear them out. We do not promise a verdict. We promise that no family has to fight alone or in the dark.

Medical Aid for Those in Need

Illness is expensive, and for a daily wage family one hospital bill can undo years of saving. We step in by helping patients raise funds for medicines, diagnostic tests, hospital expenses in emergencies, and support for surgeries that cannot wait. We also help families claim what is already theirs under government health schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, because most people lose out simply for want of paperwork and guidance. Every request is verified, and the help goes where it is needed most.

Blood Donation Camps

Blood cannot be manufactured. It can only be given. We organise regular blood donation camps with licensed blood banks and trained medical staff, so that donating is safe, quick and dignified. Beyond the camps, we maintain a list of willing donors who can be contacted during emergencies: accidents, surgeries, and thalassemia or cancer patients who need transfusions again and again. If you are healthy and above eighteen, one hour of your day can keep someone else’s family together.

Environment

We run plantation drives, look after the saplings we plant instead of abandoning them after the photograph, organise cleanliness campaigns in neighbourhoods and public spaces, and speak in schools and colonies about water, waste and air. Our cities are growing fast, and the cost of that growth falls on the generation that comes next. Our aim is simple: leave behind more shade and cleaner air than we found.

Help for Stray Animals

The animals on our streets have no one to speak for them. We arrange feeding for strays in areas where they go hungry, help with treatment for injured and sick dogs, cattle and birds, and support sterilisation and vaccination drives so that the population is controlled humanely. In summer we place water bowls across localities. If you see an injured animal in your area, reach out to us. We will try to help or put you in touch with someone who can.

Resources for Orphanages and Old Age Homes

The very young and the very old are the easiest to forget. We support orphanages and old age homes with what they actually run short of: food and ration, clothes and bedding, medicines, school supplies, and help with repairs and daily needs. Just as important, we visit. Our members spend time with the children and the elderly, mark festivals and birthdays with them, and make sure someone still knows they are there. Institutions and individuals who wish to contribute are always welcome to join us.
